LEAP (Leadership, Engagement & Apprentice Programme) is a structured internship programme endorsed by TalentCorp.
Our internship programme is designed to provide a platform for students to experience real working environment in the solar industry. Interns will be given opportunity to gain hands-on experience in assisting on-going projects and organising engagement activities. With guidance from industry experts, interns discover career interest and passion through industry exposure.
INTAKE
Throughout the year, according to the students’ university internship period.
DURATION
Minimum 10 weeks.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
Explore real working environment experience in Solar industry.
Develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a real working environment.
Build leadership and interpersonal skills.
EVALUATION
Interns are being evaluated based on five company’s key competencies, work-related as well as engagement tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
Undergraduate from local public or private university, college, or any equivalent academic institution.
Achieve good academic results – above 3.0 CGPA.
Holding leadership positions in co-curricular activities/ organisations in university.
Passionate towards renewable energy industry.
